Refund policy

Introductory Specials are for new students to the studio only and are NON-REFUNDABLE.  They can be gifted to a friend or family member as long as they are 19 years of age and older.  The special can be purchased for yourself or purchased as a gift for someone.  If you are taking the lessons as a couple, you only need to purchase one package.

The refund privilege on our regular lessons expires one year after signing up for them. We honour regular lessons for 3 years from enrollment.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 

New Student Introductory Specials are Non-refundable.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds 

We will notify you once we’ve received your return request, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
