This is a 8 class session. Join in on our new weekly flexibility and stretch series for dancing. This class will run in the evening so it's a great way to relax and still work on your dance goals! Lengthen and stretch your muscles to improve your posture, prevent tightness in the body, enrich the look of your dancing, create better movement on the dance floor and also reduce your risk of injury. It is a great compliment to your current dance fitness routine!
