Upon purchase you receive the instructional video, written instructions and a performance video for you to copy along to.  You can repeat any movements you really like and remove ones you don't want.  This is ideal for a couple who can learn together on their own and is patient enough with each other to break down the instructional video step-by-step, and go through it as many times as necessary to meet their personal standards.
