Turn up the heat on your current fitness routine with this fun dance-fitness fusion!
In this class you will:
- Use the step patterns from Bachata, Samba, Salsa, Cha Cha & Merengue
- Receive a "prep video" after registration to watch ahead of your first class which will include some of the basic moves. Watch it and learn the moves so you can begin getting a workout on Class 1
- Not need a partner for this class as the focus in on the solo pattern and the exercise
This is a follow-along style. There is no right or wrong on the dancing. It is more about following your teacher and getting a great workout at the same time
